Junior Sous Chef

This role is an exciting opportunity for you to join our leadership team and be part of our success.Whether you’re an experienced Chef de Partie, or have some leadership experience in a smaller property, we’re looking for someone who is ready for the next step in their career heading towards an Executive Chef role.You’ll be taking an active hands-on role in the operation and management of our large and busy kitchen.  As part of that, we’ll be teaching you the management side of the operation such as payroll, food costings and recruitment.You’ll be passionate about food and the fresh Tasmanian produce; you’ll want to use your superior culinary knowledge and skills. You’ll be a good communicator and we’ll help you further develop your interpersonal and organisational skills. You’ll have a strong sense of leadership and want to grow your management style to inspire, motivate and develop your team because you know that at the end of the day, your team is what you make it!We’re a great place to work.
