We're looking for a full time Reservations / Front Office Agent who is passionate about the Tourism and Hospitality industry and ready to take on a career in hotels. You may already have some experience in hotels and are now looking to work for a hotel who will invest in you so you can take your career to the next level, or you may have recently completed a relevant qualification and now seeking some practical experience.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for guest interaction through telephone, email and face to face contact at reception. Working within our friendly and dynamic Reservations and Front Office teams, you'll be trained across various areas which will include FIT reservations, tour groups, conference groups, front desk and partial revenue management. You will also work closely with our Sales team where you will foster good working relationships and make recommendations to optimise results.
So, what do we need from you? You’ll need outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong data entry and exceptional front-line customer service skills, as well as the ability to problem solve a variety of different scenarios with impeccable attention to detail.
