The Hotel Grand Chancellor Adelaide and The Chancellor on Currie are leading hotels in the west end of Adelaide’s CBD.
We are seeking an established Human Resources Manager to join a team of dedicated hospitality professionals on a part time basis 20 – 25 hours per week (a 0.6 position) for the period of 12 months (Maternity Leave cover).
To be successful in this role you will have held a similar position and have proven experience as an all-round Human Resources generalist. Experience with hotel/hospitality HR would also be beneficial as well as experience in the management of an EA.
You will have excellent personal presentation and a dynamic engaging personality with highly developed communication and influencing skills. You are results- focused and flexible. You will be very experienced in coaching a team of professionals on all areas of Human Resources. Meticulous time management and organisational skills are essential. Experience with training would be highly desirable.
