Human Resources Manager

The Hotel Grand Chancellor Adelaide and The Chancellor on Currie are leading hotels in the west end of Adelaide’s CBD.We are seeking an established Human Resources Manager to join a team of dedicated hospitality professionals on a part time basis 20 – 25 hours per week (a 0.6 position) for the period of 12 months (Maternity Leave cover).To be successful in this role you will have held a similar position and have proven experience as an all-round Human Resources generalist.  Experience with hotel/hospitality HR would also be beneficial as well as experience in the management of an EA.You will have excellent personal presentation and a dynamic engaging personality with highly developed communication and influencing skills. You are results- focused and flexible. You will be very experienced in coaching a team of professionals on all areas of Human Resources.
