Great opportunity to join the leadership team of Hotel Grand Chancellor Hobart Kitchen Brigade. In conjunction with the Executive Chef you will provide direction and management to all kitchen personnel operating within the Restaurant, Bar, Convention and Room Service outlets overlooking Hobart's iconic waterfront.
This is a true 'Sous' role. We would like you to contribute your ideas, creativity and passion for food, as well as a strong sense of leadership and a need to inspire your team. With Hobart's vibrant food scene, we are looking for a Sous to continuously build and execute menus that are on point, fresh, seasonal and current!!
The successful applicant must have a passion for food and fresh Tasmanian produce, highly developed interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills, trade qualifications and significant experience. You will be responsible for building some real passion, drive and excitement with the team and be present.
