Positions are based on a 7-day rotating roster. Applicants must be flexible to the different hours required, be well groomed, and have a passion for cooking and take pride in their job.

Chef de Partie – Full Time
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified with a Chef’s diploma or a City and Guilds qualification in cookery and have a minimum of one years' experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie level in a large hotel or experience in high volume catering in a restaurant and/or functions department with the ability to lead, develop and motivate a team. Understanding of Health and Safety and in particular of the Wellington City Council Food Plan Diary would be advantageous.
Kitchen Hand - Part Time
The ideal candidate will have a clean New Zealand Drivers license and the ability to drive a manual vehicle is essential. Previous experience will be beneficial for this role however it is not essential as training will be provided.
The successful candidate will assist in any of the Hotel kitchens (Main Production Kitchen, Sojourn Kitchen or Function Kitchen) completing the following duties, but not limited to: preparing vegetables, cleaning dishes and pots, cleaning floors, transferring of rubbish using a Hotel vehicle.
